Michael J. Morejon, M.D., DABPN, DFAPA – Dr. Mike

Dr. Mike is the Founder and Medical Director of Proliance Center. He is a well-respected Medical Doctor who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of Children, Adolescents, Young Adults and Adults.  As a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology he holds two Board Certifications.  One Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and another Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry.  He actively participates in several medical and community organizations and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Heather Rask, Psychiatrist in Boca

Heather Hanney Rask, Ph.D., LMFT, LMHC, BCC

Heather Hanney Rask, Ph.D., LMFT, LMHC, BCC brings to Proliance Center ten years of experience in therapy, counseling and life coaching.  She earned her doctorate in Marriage and Family Counseling at the University of Florida, and she is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Board Certified Coach, and a Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Accredited Therapist.

Dr. Rask’s passion for her work is clear from your first meeting with her.  She strives in every case to help her clients achieve personal fulfillment and mental wellness.  Dr. Rask treats a wide range of challenges, and at the same time has developed specialties including marriage and couple counseling, parent counseling, and issues related to infertility.  Dr. Rask works with adults and adolescents, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, communication skills, and couple and family changes.  She also works with parents to strengthen child management skills, using positive parenting techniques.  Additionally, as a Board Certified Coach, Dr. Rask works with individuals to help them achieve personal and professional goals, and this life coaching differs from therapy in that it usually does not involve emotional factors.

Dr. Rask integrates complementary methodologies, creating an eclectic approach with strong influences from Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.  She believes it is important to identify and build upon strengths while working on new skills and techniques to solve problems and create a stronger, healthier, happier you.

Jessica S. Campbell, LCSW has dedicated her career to helping others learn about themselves, build more balanced lives, move on from troubling events and form meaningful relationships with happier, more empowered lives. With a psychotherapeutic focus that addresses how thoughts, actions, and emotions can be better understood and by examining our stories for their deeper meanings, Jessica S. Campbell, LCSW can help you uncover your own strengths to increase and sustain a better sense of well-being and happiness. By using a multidisciplinary approach that utilizes her years of training, Jessica S Campbell, LCSW has become a skilled guide for others as they make their way through difficult life situations, try to resolve painful past issues or discover ways to craft the bold and authentic life they truly yearn for.

Michele YoderMichele

Michele is Dr. Mike’s Office Manager and has been a team member since 2008. She has a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and has over 12 years of office management and customer service experience. She is fluent in English, Spanish and chatterbox.  Besides being organized, efficient and indispensible, Michele is loved by patients for her genuine caring and compassion.  Michele lives with her husband, Robert, and their 2 cats: Mia and Purple.

Ana is Proliance Center’s newest team member; she joined our team in November of 2013 after working at Bethesda Hospital for 6 years. Ana is a real people person and she brings her experience, compassion and kindness to our customer service A-team. She loves to learn and her passions include reading, traveling and watching Korean dramas. Ana is Cuban-born and raised. She is fluent in Spanish, English and if she keeps watching Korean dramas, she just might become fluent in Korean too. She currently lives with her husband of 14 years, Ruben.
