1. Who We Are
This website, drmikemd.com (the “Site”), is operated by Michael J. Morejon, M.D., P.A. doing business as Proliance Center (“we,” “us,” or “the Practice”), a psychiatric practice located at 1499 W. Palmetto Park Rd, Suite 250, Boca Raton, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. 2. What This Policy Covers (and What It Doesn’t)
This Policy covers information collected through the Site only — for example when you browse our pages, fill out the contact form, or interact with the map. It does not cover the medical information of patients receiving care from the Practice. Patient health information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is described in our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to patients and available from our office.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you give us
If you use the contact form (or call or email us), we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and your message. Please do not include medical details, diagnoses, medications, or other health information in the contact form; the form is intended only for scheduling and general inquiries. Anything health-related is best discussed by phone or during an appointment.
3.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, which record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. In addition, if — and only if — you accept optional cookies via our consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are most visited). Our Analytics configuration anonymizes IP addresses, has advertising features disabled, and does not run on the contact page. If you decline, Analytics does not load at all.
3.3 Information we do NOT collect
We do not use advertising pixels or trackers (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag). We do not use session-recording or heat-mapping tools. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.
4. Cookies and Your Consent
When you first visit the Site, a consent banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. Nothing optional runs until you say yes. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the Site footer. The Site also honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a decline for optional cookies.

5. How We Use Information
We use contact-form information solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule appointments. We use anonymized, consented analytics data to understand Site usage and improve our content. We use server logs for security and to keep the Site running. We do not use Site information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not combine Site data with patient medical records.
6. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the Site: our website hosting provider (server logs), Google LLC (analytics, only with your consent, and the map, only if you click to load it), and our email provider (contact-form submissions are delivered to the Practice by email). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond the service they provide. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Children
The Site is intended primarily for adults, including parents and caregivers seeking psychiatric care for themselves or family members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can: decline or withdraw cookie consent at any time (footer cookie settings); browse the entire Site with optional cookies declined — no feature is withheld; ask us what information we hold about you from the Site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ProlianceCenter@me.com. We respond to all such requests regardless of where you live. Note that requests concerning patient medical records are handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this Policy.
9. Data Retention and Security
Contact-form submissions are delivered to the Practice by email and are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or as required by law; they are not stored in the website’s database. Consented analytics data is retained in aggregate form under Google Analytics’ shortest available retention setting. The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical measures to protect information in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure, which is another reason we ask you not to include health details in the contact form.
10. Links to Other Sites
The Site contains links to third-party sites (for example, our social media profiles and health resources). This Policy does not apply to those sites; their own privacy policies govern any information you provide there.
11. Changes to This Policy
